Deposit

We do require a $150 non-refundable deposit to hold your wedding day, which will be applied to your bridal trial & day of bridal style. Once wedding agreement is submitted our team will work with you to schedule your appointments. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible, so please feel free to contact us at any time with questions or concerns. Gratuities are not included in the deposit but are always greatly appreciated.

Day of Event Payment

The quoted price is due day of bridal trial. The quote may increase because of additional services rendered (in salon) or extra time spent. If you need to make adjustments to the number of people for services, you absolutely can. You have until one month before your wedding to make any changes to the number of services. Bride is responsible for any remaining balance for services day of the wedding.

Late arrival /No Shows

Unfortunately, if anyone in the wedding party arrives more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate their full service depending on the stylist’s following appointments. If the original appointment cannot be fulfilled due to the client’s tardiness, services may be shortened or not provided; however the original amount will still be owed. No shows for appointments will still be fully charged.

Cancellations

Due to unusual circumstances or emergencies, we ask that you communicate with us during your wedding planning for any issues that arise. We are flexible. In the event of wedding cancellation we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling your wedding or trials will be allowed without loss of your non-refundable deposit if communicated as soon as possible. If there is less than a 48 hour notice of cancellation of services, we will require 50% payment of all wedding party services that were booked + the nonrefundable deposit.

Allure Hair Design, a Lanza Healing Center, is a locally owned & operated hair and waxing salon. We are located right behind the Stevens Point Brewery in Stevens Point, WI.

Cancellation Policy

We provide all guest with a courtesy confirmation two days prior to your service. Due to the high number of cancellations and no-shows, all appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) booked to the credit card on file. A no call/no show of a missed appointment will result in a 100% charge of all scheduled services. This can accommodate other salon guests who may be on our waitlist.
